Why am I writing this?

Well, I feel like there should be more information on this device and its nature, given how little documentation on it exists.

So whats a Hapanero?

The Microsoft Hapanero, also known as a CHI8994 or RX-130 (Rx-127 exists too) is a special device by Microsoft Mobile and Qualcomm that was used to help develop Windows 10 Mobile, and later on (albiet not its original goal), ARM64 support for Windows 10.

It has a fully unfused MSM8994 SoC and has 4GB of RAM and 32GB of RAM.
